Elevate Conservatory

Above The Barre Dance Experience is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization lead by Executive Director and Dance Educator Teneshia LaRoda. The first of its kind, ATB is a dance company that focuses on professional dance education by providing year-round dance training through its programs like Elevate Conservatory and industry-driven master classes open to the public and all dancers looking to pursue a career in performing arts. We partner with our community to support families on the journey to creating a serious dance professional.

Our focus maintains to cultivate dancers in underserved areas with the opportunity to train with the best mentors, instructors, and choreographers. While part of our mission is to help create exposure for minority dancers and kids in underserved communities, we want to spread to the joy of dance to everyone regardless of class, race, or geographical location.
