Bella Rabban calls Huntsville home. A creative spirit from a child, she has dedicated her free space to art throughout the years. Upon moving to Tuscaloosa, she recognized the need for bright, reflective art to liven up dorm and apartment walls. She filled that need through Bell_Dezign.
