Art in Motion Dance Academy

Art In Motion Dance Academy is a dynamic new studio with a friendly atmosphere ready to take Huntsville by storm! Owner/Director Shannon Parnell is local to the Huntsville area with over 25 years of experience . She, along with her highly qualified staff, is thrilled to introduce this up and coming Dance Academy to you and your children. Art In Motion begins teaching our dancers from age 3 all the way up to adults who are “young at heart”.

Here at Art In Motion we A.I.M. for excellence in every discipline of dance. We offer classes in Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop and Musical Theater giving everyone a chance to experience all that the art of dance can provide. In our classes we teach children how to develop self-discipline, gain confidence and achieve a feeling of pride in their accomplishments. Our teachers offer positive feedback in a fun and energetic environment while helping each child achieve his or her goals. Whether they dance for fun or want to pursue a career in dance, we provide each child with the training, encourgement and support they need.
