Colors Fine Arts Center, Inc. is a well-established music studio, which has been in business for nearly 20 years. Our faculty of 20 teaching musicians is committed to providing a positive and diverse level of instruction. We offer private lessons to students of all ages and levels for the following instruments: piano, violin, voice, woodwinds, guitar, ukulele, bass and French horn. We are open year round for lessons and we hold student recitals in the Fall and Spring. Some of our teachers enter students in local competitions and auditions.
Colors Fine Arts also offers early childhood music classes by experienced musicians and teachers with many years of working with young children and their families. Musical Babes is for babies 5 – 13 months. Musical Tots is for ages 14-36 months; Musical Seasons is for ages 3-5 years. We have several experienced teachers who work with students as young as 4 for private piano or violin lessons.
Our teachers come from diverse backgrounds of classical, jazz, rock and folk music. Many of our teachers are involved in local music productions for schools and other outside groups. Other teachers play in venues around town and / or participate in their church music community. Our teachers represent membership in the following professional organizations: MTNA, AMTA, HTMA, Piano Guild, MENC and NFMC.
