SCHOOLS AND ARTISTS

School Partnerships

The North Alabama Arts Education Collaborative serves six school districts across three counties: Huntsville City, Madison City, Madison County, Athens City, Limestone County, and Decatur City schools. Funding sources are available locally through Arts Huntsville and at the state level to provide arts integration residencies, after-school arts training and summer arts enrichment. Arts integration residencies last 5 to 6 weeks, with a full day of planning for the teaching artist, administrator, and classroom teachers prior to the program’s implementation.

Interested in bringing an Integrated Arts Residency, After-School Arts Training or Summer Arts Enrichment to your school or classroom? Email Karen Anderson , Director of the North Alabama Arts Education Collaborative.
