I craft bow knives ( multi-purpose kitchen knives) from hand selected woods sourced in the Tennessee Valley, Middle and Eastern Tennessee areas. The knives are to be used for cutting everything in the kitchen( cheese, bread, cooked and smoked meats, all vegetables etc.) The blades are lifetime guaranteed to never dull or rust as I use only U.S. stainless steel. I also handmake cutting boards, lazy Susan’s, cheese cutters, and rolling pins from my best cuts of white oak, cherry, mahogany, maple, and black walnut. These are all pieced together painstakingly from only my finest woods and are made to last generations. I’ve started branching out into other more exotic woods like Zebra wood from the Congo to Ambrosia from right here in North Alabama,and will be adding additional products soon!
