Arts Huntsville’s pARTy
Our popular biennial art sale returns in 2015!
It’s the moment you’ve been waiting for – pARTy is back! Friday, November 13 will be your chance to view and purchase the works of select visual artists, many of whom rarely exhibit in the Madison County area. pARTy features at least a dozen new artists and offers an array of art that will appeal to any established enthusiast or new collector.
Combined with fantastic food and fabulous musical entertainment, pARTy indulges all the senses while raising the necessary funds to support programs of Arts Huntsville such as Panoply Arts Festival, arts education initiatives and community outreach.
This year, pARTy will take place at the home of Tina & Jim Caudle. The Monroe-Caudle home was built by A.M. Booth in 1927 and is a prarie-style house with arts and crafts influences. The home has been featured in publications and as an ASID Designer Showhouse, and is a work of art in itself!
For the evening, our committee will remove the Caudle’s personal art collection and install new works in varying price ranges from favorite local artists along with many regional artists new to the event. All art will be priced with a hanging tag and when you cut a tag to purchase a piece, Arts Huntsville receives 50% of the proceeds. pARTy tickets are now available at two levels, beginning at $50 per person. For savvy art buyers, the pARTy Patron ticket is the way to go. They are $100 per person, and come with the following privileges:
- You will be invited to view and purchase art prior to other guests
- You will be listed as a patron on the general invitation
- You will receive a tax-deductible benefit of $80 for each patron ticket purchased
- You will receive an exclusive commemorative pin, created by a local artist, to wear at the event
