Each year, the festival provides quality, family-friendly entertainment at a very modest cost to attendees, and today Panoply is one of the largest annual outdoor events in Alabama. Community sponsors play an integral role in Panoply, and your support helps bring the festival to life each spring.

What makes Panoply unique?

2010 Homegrown Talent Competition SponsorPanoply is an all-encompassing array of the arts offering the best in local and touring musical entertainment, theatre, dance, the official Alabama State Fiddling Competition, international performances and cultural activites, a juried art marketplace offering original works of art for sale, and free, hands-on creative arts activities for children throughout the festival.  Panoply is consistently recognized as a Top 20 Event by the Southeastern Tourism Society.

In addition to sponsorship support, Panoply also benefits from broad-based community volunteer support. Each year nearly 150 volunteers serve as committee chairmen for Panoply, and these individual spend up to seven months helping to plan and produce the festival. Each spring, these dedicated volunteers are joined by over 1,500 volunteers that work throughout the festival. Area business, civic associations, church groups and student organizations volunteer together at the festival, and chances are you know someone in our community that already supports Panoply.

What are the perks of Panoply Sponsorships?

Each year, over 75,000 children and adults visit the Panoply Arts Festival. Through promotions with Southern Living, the Southeastern Tourism Society and Alabama State Tourism Department, Panoply draws visitors from throughout the region. As a Panoply sponsor, businesses receive the following benefits:

Name Recognition

Area businesses are marketed prominently as sponsors of individual Panoply activities.  Festival events always promote sponsors, such as "Panoply Salutes Fifth Grade Days Sponsor Regions Bank" or "visit the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Alabama, Inc. Art Marketplace."

Print, television and radio advertising for Panoply provides marketing visibility for sponsors, and businesses are also recongized through the following;

­ - As an activity sponsor at Panoply, your company name and logo will be on the banner in front of your activity tent for all festival visitors to see.

- Large signs, called "Panofactor Boards," are located at each entrance to the park greet visitors and promote our sponsors.

­- Your company name and -- based on sponsorship levels -- company logo, will be included in a sponsor salute published in The Huntsville Times on Sunday, April 29, 2012, the closing day of the festival. Many sponsors are also promoted with their activities in The Huntsville Times' Go! Magazine published on Thursday, April 26, 2012, in advance of the festival. All Arts Council supporters are also recognized in The Huntsville Times' Arts Insert, published the last Sunday in July each year.

- Your company name and/or logo will be featured on The Arts Council website promoting Panoply and saluting our annual sponsors.

Entertainment and Reward Opportunities:

Sponsors are admitted into the VIP Hospitality area at Panoply, where guests enjoy hors d'oeuvres throughout the weekend and take a short break in a quiet, air-conditioned environment.  VIP Hospitality provides your guests a chance to relax in a beautiful location while also offering a great networking opportunity.  Depending on your level of sponsorship, you will receive a corresponding number of wristbands that admit you and your guests into the VIP Hospitality area.

Sense of Community:

As a sponsor of the Panoply Arts Festival, you join forces with The Arts Council -- a respected area nonprofit organization -- to produce a hugely popular family event that has become a Huntsville/Madison County tradition and a cornerstone of our community for 30 years.

As you review the Panoply Sponsorship levels, you will note that the minimum activity sponsorship is $1,000.  The Arts Council accepts gifts in support of Panoply at any level, and contributions of $500 and $750 are acknowledged as Panoply Patrons and Friends.
