Celebrate Fall for the Arts This October

This October, “Fall for the Arts” in North Alabama. The Arts Council, in partnership with 51 of its member organizations and individual artists, will once again celebrate Fall for the Arts, turning the focus to member organizations and artists who are offering events and special engagements in the arts throughout the month of October.

The organizations and artists offer a range of programs, including musicals, plays, concerts, film showings, classes in dance, painting, and various visual art mediums, as well as various outdoor activities. Local culture attractions that are members of The Arts Council are also offering numerous opportunities for families to enjoy Huntsville’s entertainment and educational offerings.

     The Fall for the Arts program coincides with National Arts & Humanities Month, a coast-to-coast collective recognition of the importance of culture in America, developed by the National Endowment for the Arts and Americans for the Arts.
