In February and March, artist Curtis Benzle will teach a three-part series on “How to Make a Living as an Artist.” From the subject of how to “Plan for Financial Success as an Artist” to “Art Product Development” and “Making and Teaching Art in the Community,” Mr. Benzle will offer guidance, professional advice, and personal insight on a wide range of artists’ interests.

Art Product Development

Workshops are open to the public with single workshops priced at $10 and $25 (discounted pricing available for members of The Arts Council and hosting organizations). Three-part series available for $60 and includes an individual artist membership to The Arts Council.

What:               Mr. Benzle’s second workshop will guide others on their product development.  Through his production studio, Benzle Porcelain Co., Mr. Benzle developed lines of jewelry, lighting, and decorative home accessories that were carried in over 500 galleries and stores throughout the U.S.
